If you can't let yourself be seen, you can't be loved. #love
This week brings great news for the Big Tan Vanagon. For the past eight days I've spent all of my time around SW Montana waiting for this cold front to move on. I've enjoyed every minute of being at my second home here in Bozeman but the snow and ice that the cold front brought to higher elevations was unfortunate and put my trip on a longer hold than I would prefer. The route I was looking forward to taking has been chopped up by road closures through Yellowstone because of sketchy driving conditions and anyone who has driven a rear wheel drive van with the engine in the back knows not to chance it without studded tires. This week I'm hoping that the sun and warmer fall-like temps will melt that snow and ice off of the roads so that I can jet south and thaw out my bones. For now I'm staying positive and enjoying the company of people that I love while I try to send my most positive vibes to my good friends down in the Florida Keys that are starting to rebuild their homes with valor. When something tragic strikes close to home things get put in to perspective.
Enjoy beautiful moments and the small things. Life isn't so bad, it's actually the best it's ever been. Choose it.
Some people say I’m crazy to leave a job to travel the country. But since when did it become crazy to follow your dreams and live the life you love? Yes it will be challenging, but chasing something you’re passionate about is worth it. I don’t want to look back in 20+ years and say wow I wish I had done that when I was younger and had fewer responsibilities. Now is the time to chase your dreams. ✨
