Like...2 years ago I was FRUSTRATED. I was going running, eating veggies, and still couldn't fit into my pants. I was genuinely TRYING to be healthy!! 🌱But I what I have learned is that I was making things waaaaaaay too complicated for myself, and I didn't have the tools or understanding needed to make healthy living SIMPLE (but I promise, it IS!). I mean...lezbereal...none of us have time to have "being healthy" take up our lives. You don't have to work out for 3 hours a day or eat rabbit food. 🐰You CAN work full time, and/or be a mom, or be a student, and be healthy! Trust me, I have been or worked with people in ALL of these places.💪🏻
And like...who knew you could drink wine, work out for 30 mins a day, WHILE working a full time corporate office job, AND have biceps and ABS?! 😱😱😱 I just signed up people today already for my October group, cause they're READY for some fall-time fitness! I wasn't planning on opening slots this early, but GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT. 😂✌🏽I'm seriously SO tired of people thinking they "can't..." - because you 💯% CAN.
